## No warranty, no liability

This extension is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. You use it at your own risk.

The author is not responsible for:

* any change the extension makes to your code, configuration or project files, or any loss caused by it;
* any bug, crash or misbehaviour of your app, whether or not it uses code written by the extension;
* any data in your app or project, and how your app collects, stores, syncs, secures or deletes its users' data.

Use version control and review every change before you commit or release it.

## Data

The extension works only on the files open in your editor and in your workspace. It does not collect personal data and sends nothing about you or your code anywhere. The only network request is made by the About Dolphin page, when you open it: it reads the public download, like and score numbers of the dolphin package from pub.dev and the Visual Studio Marketplace.

## Name and logo

The name "dolphin" and its logo identify the original work by Sanket Santosh Vidya Manohar. The license lets you use, modify and share the code under its terms, but it does not let you use the author's name, the dolphin name or the logo to promote, publish or present a copy or a derived extension as the original or as endorsed by the author. If you publish a modified version, give it a different name.
